Our Return and Refund Policy

 

1. The Returns policy  follows a 14-day return policy during which you must inform us via online chat that you would like to return an item. For a full refund the item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached, in the original packaging and must reach us within 14 days of the  delivery to customer services that the item will be returned.

2. The return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items is enforced as long as any claims are placed within the agreed 14 days of the item being received by you the customer,  and confirmed when you contact the us online and make a request for the return.

3. In either situation you must  do this by using our online 'chatbox'. You will need to have the following information to hand:

  • Date of order,

  • Order Number,

  • Description of the item you which to return ,

  • Price paid for the item,

  • Date of delivery

  • method of delivery

  • Photographs or a video of the item clearly showing the problem area

4. So as to ensure that the item is returned to the right section you will be given the return address on in your contact with customer service.

5. Please note that you, the customer are  responsible for the cost of the return.

6 We do not automatically  refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at our discretion. .

 

7 Refunds and return fees (were applicable) are paid to customer within 30 days
